Looking for a hassle free recipe this Christmas? Then you should try this chocolate ball recipe. Simple ingredient with simple steps.

You'll need 1 packet of Marie biscuits, 200g condensed milk, 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder, some milk chocolate and white chocolate (to be melted)

First, break the biscuits into small chunks and grind them for a smooth texture. We're looking for a powder form so DON'T add water. Once you've obtain the biscuit powder, place them into a bowl and add 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder, mix them with a spoon. Using a measuring scale, measure 200g of condensed milk and pour it into the bowl. Use a spoon to blend the ingredient together till you get a sticky dough-like texture. Using your hands, roll the dough into tiny balls and place them on a baking tray.

In a separate bowl, melt some milk chocolate or cooking chocolate. And in another bowl, melt some white chocolate. Now, take those tiny balls you've just made and drop them into the milk chocolate for a bathe (just use a fork to coat the ball with chocolate) and then arrange them back onto the tray. Repeat this step till you've coated all the balls with chocolate. Once done, let them aside to harden. The chocolate coating with start to harden. You can pop them into the fridge but leaving them in room temperature will do the trick.

Once the chocolate coating have harden, place the balls into mini cupcake holders (depends on the size of your chocolate balls). In a piping bag, pour in the melted white chocolate and cut a small hole at the tip. Drizzle the white chocolate on the chocolate balls. You may add sprinkles if you want. And voila, you're done.
