Year of the Ox

    Since today is CNY, I thought why not look into the zodiac sign. This year is the year of the ox. I remembered watching a cartoon on how the zodiac signs came to be. According to folktale in ancient times, the Jade Emperor decided that the order of the animal will be determined based on a race. The race was between 12 animal: the rat, ox, dragon, dog, goat, rabbit, snake, tiger, pig, horse, monkey and rooster.
